2. Order Processing

2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2.2 During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

2.3 You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

3.1 Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

3.2 International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days
  • Express International: 3-5 business days

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders over ₹5000: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under ₹5000: Flat rate of ₹250 for standard shipping
  • Express shipping available at an additional cost

4.2 International Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the package.
  • Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5.2 You can track your order on our website by logging into your account or using the provided tracking link.

6. International Orders

6.1 Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6.2 Aeonaxy is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

7. Delivery

7.1 Deliveries are made during normal business hours.

7.2 For security reasons, we may require a signature upon delivery for high-value items.

7.3 If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

8.1 You can request changes or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting contact@aeonaxy.com.

8.2 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

9.1 If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@aeonaxy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

9.2 We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
